
Yes it's a crazy idea running 30min 3x/week to suddenly over 3hrs with only 3 weeks to train before the May 11 marathon, but I figured why not if I run it in 3hr 33min it would be timely :)
Although I've run the 10km in 33min, running 42km is going to be far slower and a 1st time experience. 30km+ will be the killer point.
